What's New?📊

If your subscription has already expired, you will not have access to all platform services and features. Additionally, all active trading strategies that you have set up will be stopped, and any open trades will be automatically canceled. To avoid any disruption in your trading activities, we strongly recommend updating your subscription and making sure that it is active.

1. Paper Trading. Depending on your subscription level, the trades and assists that you run will now have a specific time duration. After this time period, they will automatically stop, and the statistics of the trades will be saved for your reference. You can then choose to start them again if you wish. The duration of paper trading for each subscription plan is as follows: Basic plan - 30 days, Advanced Plan - 120 days, Pro plan - 180 days. This allows you to have a better understanding of the performance of your strategies within a defined timeframe.

2. GRID:

   • We have increased the load time of the charts, ensuring that you can access and analyze market data more quickly and efficiently.

   • We have addressed a problem that was causing delays in loading charts for new trading pairs, ensuring that you have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips.

   • We have updated the event message that appears when the Stop price is reached, providing you with more detailed information about the stopping event. This will help you make more informed decisions about your trades.

   • To streamline your trading process, we have removed inactive pairs from the list, allowing you to focus on the assets that are actively being traded.

   • We have fixed the validation for order size, ensuring that you can place trades with accurate and valid order sizes.

   • Several UI issues have been resolved, improving the overall user interface and making it more intuitive and user-friendly.

3. DCA/Simple:

   • We have added a "Resume" button on the card when a trade is on hold. This button allows you to easily see the actual amount that should be added to resume the trade. If you see that you need to add 0 coins or if you know that your balance is sufficient for resuming, simply click the "Resume" button and wait for the result. Pay attention, this does not bring the trade out of pause, but only updates the information

   • We have also fixed an issue related to fees on the Binance exchange. Previously, some users encountered a problem where trades were paused due to a lack of funds. We have resolved this issue, ensuring that your trades will not be affected by such situations.

4. We have added a Typeform for our platform. Please complete the survey. Additionally, we have included the Corporate Inquiry Form link on the Login page, making it easier for corporate users to reach out to us for any inquiries or partnership opportunities.

5. To optimize the performance of the platform, we have significantly increased the load time for balance information.

6. This release also includes various fixes for issues that were reported to us via voice and Discord forums.

7. Last but not least, this update includes many important technical updates behind the scenes. These updates are aimed at enhancing the overall performance, security, and stability of the platform. While these changes may not be directly visible to you, they play a crucial role in ensuring that you can trade with confidence and peace of mind.
