Either increase number of active trades in DCA settings (for Multipair) or close some active trades manually. For Paper Trading, limit is 10 active trades.

"Unable to create DCA/AI GRID"

Check if your API keys have permissions for Spot trading. Log into exchange account and review permissions.

"This symbol is not permitted for this account"

Could be due to: regional restriction (contact exchange support), incomplete KYC verification (complete on exchange), or whitelist issues (add pair to whitelist or disable restriction).

"AI DCA settings cannot be saved"

Ensure all data is valid. Cannot have two different DCAs with same name. Check validation messaging under fields.

"AI DCA setup is not routed"

Check if pair is in list of pairs, verify active trades settings, check trade limits, ensure "Use all pairs" is selected for multipair DCAs with "all pairs" option.

"Cannot fetch market price. Market may be inactive."

Verify pair is active and supported, check trading volume and liquidity, ensure no typos in trading pair name, contact exchange support for persistent issues.

The AI Assist might still be closing orders. Check Orders tab for any open orders.

"Buy order price cannot be higher than X"

Exchange-side error. Setup grid with smaller differences between current price and upper/lower price.

"Insufficient balance error"

Ensure BNB available for fees (if configured), or sufficient base/quote currency for fees, or add minimum amount allowed by exchange in currency used by the Assist.

"Maximum number of running grids reached"

Stop one of the running grids or upgrade subscription plan. Grids on paper trading and real exchanges both count toward limit.

Related to min order validation. Increase investment size to resolve the issue.

"Failed to place Buy/Sell order"

For buy order failures: Review available balance on exchange. For sell order failures: Check if specified assets are still available on exchange.

Order size was too small during routing. Either increase allocation for these assets (triggers rebalancing) or increase overall investment size.
