Exchange Connection Issues

Unable to Connect the Exchange

Issue: Connection failure despite successful subscription purchase. Solution:

  • Re-login to refresh your session

  • Check if your API keys have sufficient permissions

Invalid or Insufficient API Keys

Common Errors:

  • "API key is invalid"

  • "The API keys do not have enough permissions"

  • "API keys are no longer valid or incorrect"

  • "Exchange permissions denied"

Solution: Review your exchange permission settings and:

  • Check symbol whitelisting settings

  • Verify permissions for Spot/Future trading are enabled

  • Review IP whitelisting configuration

API Key Length Issues

Error: "API Key/Secret must be at least 5 characters"

Solution: Ensure you've copied the entire API Key/Secret. Verify by pasting into a text editor first.

Balance and Order Issues

Insufficient Funds Error

Cause: This can occur when:

  • Funds are locked in other trades

  • Not enough BNB available for fees (if using BNB for fees)

  • Insufficient balance in base/quote currency for fees

Solution:

  1. If your account uses BNB for trading fees: Maintain some BNB in your spot wallet

  2. If not using BNB: Ensure adequate funds in base/quote currency

  3. Refresh the page to see available balance

  4. Update account on My Account page

Minimum Order Issues

Error: "Minimum order cost is 5 USDT, got: 1.2241 USDT" Solution:

  • Increase base order size

  • If using multiple Take Profit levels, reduce the number of TP levels

Platform and Interface Issues

Version Update Notification

Error: "A new version of this site is available. Please refresh the page to load latest updates" Solution:

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Try accessing from another device or network

  3. Clear browser's cache and cookies

  4. If issues persist, contact Support with screenshots

Trading Issues

Order Size Errors

Error: "Error placing Take Profit trade: Invalid order params: 'MIN_NOTIONAL'" Solution:

  • Avoid trading with absolute minimum order size

  • Increase base order and safety order sizes

  • Consider holding BNB to reduce trading fees

  • Use at least 10% more than the minimum order size for better results

Grid Trading Challenges

Issue: Orders routed but transactions not created Explanation: According to Grid algorithm, a transaction is only created when both Buy and Sell orders are routed. If only Buy or only Sell orders are placed, no transaction will be created yet.

AI Basket Order Validation Failure

Issue: AI BASKET order validation failed Solution: Increase the investment size to resolve the minimum order validation issue.
