Add crypto pairs filter everywhere

DCA/Grid/Omni/Basket currency selection do not have any way to check the following:

• Filter by stable coins as quoted currency - provide a ability to select different stable quote currency to filter its corresponding pairs

• Filter by trading volume

• Filter by marketcap

• Provide presets such as (Top 10, Top 20, Top 50) pairs by volume or market cap

This will save time and be more strategical setting up grid / DCA etc
