Appreciation and Queries Regarding Sagemaster Krypto Platform

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, I would like to express my appreciation to the development team and BE company for their outstanding work on the Sagemaster Krypto platform. It has truly proven to be a powerful tool, generating impressive profits. Thank you for your hard work.

I have a few questions regarding the platform, specifically concerning the AI GRID and AI DCA assistants. I've attached images for reference.

AI GRID:

1. I am unclear about the exact meanings of "Lifetime Profit," "Monthly Profit," and "Today's Profit."

2. Could you please provide detailed explanations for "Realized Profit," "Unrealized Profit," and "Total PnL"? I've noticed instances, such as with PEPE/USDT, where a portion of the asset has been sold, seemingly realizing a profit, but the statistics still show it as unrealized.

AI DCA:

1. I often encounter a situation where active trades are displayed in the overview, but the switches for enabling or pausing trades are automatically set to "Paused," even though there are sufficient funds, and the bottom part of the active trades overview indicates that the trades are indeed active. 2. Why does DCA place limit orders when I have configured the settings for market execution trades? [Attachment: DCA Open Limit Orders.png]

   

Token Conversion Back to USDT: I've observed that after a successful trade, both AI GRID and AI DCA convert tokens back to USDT, but there always seems to be a minimal amount of each token left unconverted. It would be more convenient for users if Sagemaster could convert the entire amount back to USDT, eliminating these leftover fractions. [Attachment: Not convert all of token.png]

Lastly, while I appreciate the unique ecosystem of BE, I've been a member for three years and find a lack of documentation for all the platforms. As a programmer, I understand the importance of comprehensive documentation. I kindly request that detailed documentation be provided for each platform, covering all features, text fields, switches, and settings, to help users better understand the functionalities offered.
