BUG: Presets/ Copy AI Assist or by setting any strategy

Summary: impossibility in imposting a strategy that has the same name as a previous deleted strategy
Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to https://sagemaster.io/sign-in

2. Switch to "Paper Trading"

3. Open Presets

4. Copy any type of preset

5. Delete that preset just copied

6. Copy the same preset just deleted

7. Pay attention that Sagemaster will give this error "This AI DCA Assist with such name already exists" AI DCA is an example, and so, cannot copy the same assist copied months before if not by changing the name of that assist
   Expected result: the preset should be copied with no issues
   Impact: not too much critical, if somebody doesn't know the issue itself could think that he can't copy the same assist even if it isn't anymore set on the account
