Hello, since this morning I can't access neither on SM Crypto nor SFX. I put the correct user/psw, then I click on the correct image to solve the captcha but it keeps me to say it goes in error. I didn't know how to proceed. Could you please help me?

Ciao, da stamattina non riesco ad accedere né su SM Crypto né su SFX. Ho inserito la user/psw corretta, poi ho cliccato sull'immagine corretta per risolvere il captcha ma mi dice che va in errore. Non so come procedere. Potresti aiutarmi per favore?
