Dashboard: break in logic

If you have a look at “Asset Allocation” and “Assists Funds Allocation” there is a break in logic.

On Asset Allocation the values for different coins is in % - if changed to exchange the values are in $ not %.
On Assist Funds Allocation the values are always in $ regardless if you hover above the graphic or not.

There is no consistency in hovering and in the default values that are shown.
