Dynamically closing or updating trades doesn't work

Hi. As a test I've set up a strategy for all the traders to close 50% of the trade on 10 PIPS, set the SL to BE and from 20 PIPS trail the SL. The trades are created correctly in my MT4, but after that nothings happens. Even though the trades reach above 10 and 20 PIPS, the trade in MT4 is not closed or updated. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
