Hiding chart bands account-wide

It would be nice to have an option to hide the chart bands in the charts account-wide so that there is no need to manually hide them each time a new chart is loaded.

Also something like a toggle in the top right of the chart could work as well. (its state could be saved and loaded before loading the chart)
