Improve auto-scaling for grids chart
when apply auto-scaling, all SGM drawn elements (indicators, upper/lower lines) should be visible within last 200 candles
when drag upper/lower limit, do not apply auto-scaling
when change upper/lower limit manually - do not apply auto-scaling
auto-scaling should not reset the view to the recent candles
