Inconsistencies in TrendMaster Panel Results

I am reaching out to report an incident and inconsistency related to the results displayed in the idea providers’ panel, specifically within both the TrendMaster Free and TrendMaster Premium panels, where a type of result labeled as "Draw" is shown. I would appreciate clarification on what exactly this type of result means.

These results are also inconsistently represented in the "Precision" of the aforementioned providers and in the outcomes displayed on the main panel.

To verify the inconsistency in the results, I have set up a simple assist on the platform to track TrendMaster Free since August 10, 2023. I have been able to confirm the inconsistency in the historical results displayed for TrendMaster Free. For the configuration and setup of this simple assist, I selected the "Stop Loss: Provider’s Stop Loss" option, which as we know, follows the exact Stop Loss as indicated by the provider. The results produced by the assistant do not align with the details shown in the historical data, as demonstrated in the previous image.

I have performed the same test with the setup for both BTC/USDT (Long) and ETH/USDT (Long), and inconsistencies are present in both cases. It’s worth noting that I observe in the historical results of both TrendMaster Free and Premium that many of the stated results are labeled "Draw", while the results that were indeed wins are reported as "WON".

I believe it is of vital importance to maintain complete and utter transparency in these results, ensuring that what is displayed is indeed accurate.

It is merely a request for an environment of full transparency and accurate results.
