Resume orders automatically once there are enough funds

As a user, I have a DCA bot with settings to have four extra orders active at the same time. However, after closing the initial order and opening a take-profit order, I no longer have enough funds for the extra orders.

Expected behavior:

The orders are resumed once there are enough funds
