I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue I have encountered with Sagemaster.
Recently, when Gus initiated three trades, everything appeared to be working fine. However, I later observed that my broker's balance was not displaying, despite a successful connection to the broker. Additionally, the third trade in EURJPY does not appear in the interface, even though it is actively running on both the broker's platform and MT4. Strangely, the trade history only reflects two trades, and the EURJPY trade seems to have disappeared.
I have attached a video recorded on my phone, showcasing the discrepancies between Sagemaster and MT4. Please review the video for a more detailed understanding of the issue.
Due to these critical errors, I kindly request that you temporarily disable Sagemaster until these issues are resolved. The current state of the system makes it impractical for use.
